how can i know that cvx is using the latest version of both sedumi and sdpt3 and if not how can i update it to that ???
Just use whatever is included with the latest build of CVX 2.1

one thing more , from a while i installed mosek but it was so slow , i thought mosek is faster
You say Mosek is slow. How do you expect any meaningful answer to such a statement. For instance if you could provide the log output from Mosek. It is almost like you do not want help.
Normally Mosek is always faster than SDPT3 and SeDuMi btw.
ok sir i will get the simulation report , maybe for my problem mosek is of poor performance
