License problem to use the solver Gurobi

I had an academic license to use Gurobi solver , but after installing the license, this error was given.
Part of the error is given below:
GLPK
Could not find a GLPK installation.
Gurobi unknown {cvx}\gurobi\w64
No valid Gurobi license was found.
Mosek unknown {cvx}\mosek\w64
Unexpected MEX file failure:

WTF? So what is the difference between the license and the regular version?

My problem was almost solved by installing a newer version of MATLAB. I mean, the “Mosek” was installed, but the Gurobi is still not installed. Does anyone know where the problem is? I have an academic license
