The readme says:
NOTE: QCQP was developed before the release of CVXPY 1.0, which is not backward compatible with the previous version CVXPY 0.4. As of August 2018, QCQP is only compatible with CVXPY 0.4.
Are there plans to upgrade qcqp to the latest version of CVXPY? or Are there any solution to work with qcqp package?
You will need to seek that answer elsewhere. This forum pertains only to the CVX software, which runs under MATLAB. CVXPY (and the QCQP package which runs under it) are different, although sharing some common heritage and similarity in name.
Are you adishavit, who posted the same question one and a half years ago at https://github.com/cvxgrp/qcqp/issues/18 ? The lack of answer to that question and to a similar previous question at https://github.com/cvxgrp/qcqp/issues/14 does not seem encouraging.
