A non-convex problem with a non-convex quartic constraint and a convex function as the objective

I have a system model derived from communication, that is

note that only W is a variable, i think the object and constraint 2 is convex. constraint 1 is nonconvex because of quartic term with absolute value constraint. can someone know how i can solve it.

Not with CVX. Perhaps try a local or global solver under YALMIP.
