how can i know that cvx is using the latest version of both sedumi and sdpt3 and if not how can i update it to that ???

one thing more , from a while i installed mosek but it was so slow , i thought mosek is faster
You say Mosek is slow. How do you expect any meaningful answer to such a statement. For instance if you could provide the log output from Mosek. It is almost like you do not want help.
Normally Mosek is always faster than SDPT3 and SeDuMi btw.
