The function or variable 'op rel entr epi cone' is not recognized

My code in the 'op_rel_entr_epi_cone fail to identify problems, but I according to the installation of the https://github.com/hfawzi/cvxquad/ for installing cvxquad, now I really don’t know where wrong, please help me, thank you very much!

Try a fresh MATLAB session. Try reinstalling CVX. If you have Mosek available, use that instead of CVXQUAD (unless you are using the quantum (matrix) functions in CVXQUAD). Re-download and install CVXQUAD if using that.
