I am new to this topic, and want to develop an algorithm for the image retrieval through a single detector (single pixel camera system) with m no. of measurements…
Though the topic is not a new one as on date…and hope most of the CVX experts must have experience on this topic…
I request you to share the CVX implementable code for this topic, possibly with the comments and explanation…

This is not a forum for general modeling advice. Once you have a mathematical model defined, and you have begun implementing it in CVX, feel free to come back if you encounter specific issues.
