each alfa i (n) is a scaler and Q is N * 2 matrix, each wi is a 1 * 2 matrix, eta gamma and H is constant, and number of i is K;

What are the optimization variables?

Have you proven this constraint is convex, which requires the left-hand side to be jointly concave in the optimization variables?
