How do I setup GLPK as the solver?

I have GLPK installed via MacPorts…
cvx_setup does not detect GLPK.
am I doing something wrong?

GLPK support is not yet available; as stated in the documentation, support for GLPK is “in development”. We do not yet have an estimated release date.
