Error in cvxprob/eliminate (line 137)

Hi, everyone
I am encountering this error and I know it arises from constraint 3.
According to my searches on the CVX site, the cause of the error is usually considered to be the CVX bug.

First of all, make sure you are using CVX 2.2.

Try a different solver. Try a different but equivalent formulation…

You can submit a complete reproducible problem (not an image) per http://cvxr.com/cvx/doc/support.html#bug-reports . No guarantees anything will happen, though.
