Cvx_setup path problem with matlab 2023b

I upgraded matlab to 2023b. I ran cvx_setup. It could not permanently change the path due to windows 11 User Account Control. Do I remove this control while running cvx_setup? does that help? Is there another easy fix other than going back to 2023a? and never updating (any software) again?

I received an answer from matlab that works, i.e. open matlab with administrator control before running cvx_setup
