Cvx optimization

Hi everyone, looking for your help, I am new to matlab and cvx and I am trying to convert this to cvx:

This should be very easy to enter in both CVX and YALMIP,. Have you read the CVX Users’ Guide http://cvxr.com/cvx/doc/ ?

Given that this appears to be a school assignment, it doesn’t seem appropriate for someone else to do your assignment for you. If you need help on a specific stumbling point, what is it?
