Convex or non convex function

I am using a function that is SNR in the form given below:

(Pd.g)/(noise+Pc.h)
g and h are channel coefficients.
please tell me whether this is a convex function or not?
Pd and Pc both are optimization variable and other things are constant.
It is the function of two variables.
