Write constraints of exponential form

I want to write (e^x -1 ) / y <= z, Anyone can help me with this please?

This is not convex, even when x > 0 and y > 0. For instance, the Hessian of (exp(x)-1)/y is indefinite at x = 0.5, y = 1, having eigenvalues of -0.18496846 and 3.1311323.
