I think you are likely on your own, because use of Simulink with CVX is not supported.

thank you for you answer ,Do you know about CVXGEN? which can generate code directly into the SIMULINK model, but I can’t use it.

CVXGEN has no relation to CVX, other than a common academic parent/grandparent.
