Hi, I have some problem with my cvx academic license. When I try to install the license file I got this error. I have license folder in path but cvx could not find it. Can you help me?

My academic email could not get any more license so I asked one of my colleague to get a new license. E-mail and user name differenties can be the reason of this error?
